to hate those plastic ties that hold EVERY toy in it's box?

i can't stand opening any more of these - why are there so many on every toy that is in a box? They are driving me mad

ELC very bad

BUT Littlest Pet Shop fitness centre was the worst ever. Broke my nails, caught my jumer and it took ages. Nightmare!

Blametheparents - I watched nearly a whole Tudors episode whist tackling a Little PetShop setup!

randomxmas - I am glad I am not alone. DD kept 'trying to help', which was really no help atall!

I hate them too. It takes forever to get in the boxes, you get wound up by them and end up ripping the boxes apart and we have even snapped a bit off a toy trying to get these off in the past.

YANBU dd loves her dolls, Barbies and Disney Princesses and we frequently have to fight our way into the boxes.

My DS Hide and Seek Scooby Doo took ages to get out of the box. Had loads of plastic ties on and we had to unscrew the remote from the box - the screws were so tiny it took me about half an hour!

And to top it all the Scooby Doo takes 8 batteries!!

This was my first encounter with them - I've undone about 19,000 of the little buggers.

I got lumbered with doing the mousetrap game, whilst dh was sitting very quitely little did I realise he was building up pile of those blasted ties, he very patiently undid them i found the neat little pile later, i usually get the scissors and hack them out and there was me moaning about the mousetrap game and all the bits!

I bet the same conversation about those fecking plastic ties was had all over the country on Thursday morning - YANBU at all. Hate them with a passion.
