AIBU to ask you nice kind MNers for a favour, please?

DDs school are singing in a local radio station competition. Online voting only, ends today.

I don't think it would BU to use the power of MN to get a few more votes? especially as some of the other schools we are up against are twice the size of us and have twice as many parents and grandparents etc to vote for them. And its not as if THEIR mums couldn't have appealed to the MNers too, and all's fair in love and war and erm, Christmas singing competitions.
