so i can watch some tv? i did not know this about sky plus but apparently it prohibits you from watching something different from being recorded. how ridiculous. i am stuck here til 11pm (unpaid this is a favour to a friend). i just want to watch some tv. am i being unreasonable to cancel one of the channels being recorded? parents are at the cinema so cant contact them unless an emergency. what would you do? i will resent sitting here un tv'd!! i would be mortified if this happened to someone who was babysitting in my house!

Switch off the sky box - press the on/off button on the sky remote. Then you'll be able to watch terrestrial TV.

Or just carry on using their internet access

nowwearefour · 13/11/2008 21:26

yes it is a real result having the internet i guess!and there are chocolates
