I keep changing my name in case it puts people off! I am getting paranoid. Am I doing it wrong?

When I first joined mn there was a thread for threadkillers, and so determined were we not to let anyone else be the killer we got it all the way to 1000+, was, ooooh amazing fun.

pingping · 03/11/2008 16:32

Oooooooooooo its you runs of thread :-/

Only joking I have killed loads of threads dont worry about it I just think its because I am right and no one can argue with what I have said.

littlestrawberry · 03/11/2008 16:34

I only have to think about posting to kill a thread

I'm definitely going to kill this one aren't I? I have a feeling...

InmyheadIminParis · 03/11/2008 16:59

Thought it was just me. Phew.

InmyheadIminParis · 03/11/2008 17:00

oh no!
I did it again! I killed the thread!
It takes a special kinda someone to kill a thread about thread-killing, doncha think?
(sorry, come over all Sarah Palin all of a sudden)

poppy90 · 03/11/2008 17:04

oo and me...........

cali · 03/11/2008 17:05

it's a special gift I have, thread killing....

pingping · 03/11/2008 17:07

Poppy90 you killed it

SheikYerBATi · 03/11/2008 17:12

I am The Original Thread Killah (Gosh, it makes me sound like a rapper!)

Most of my "Threads I'm On" shows me to be the last poster on any threads I so happen to peruse and pass comment on

Lotster · 03/11/2008 17:20

Has anyone got the "thread-reviving" talent? There's a Nick Cave thread which must not die.

Jacksmama · 03/11/2008 17:20

Happens to me too. Right now sitting here really needing advice/ a hug and no-one around.
(Am currently the last on this thread so feeling really bad...)
Should perhaps order tombstone for this thread: "R.I.P. Another Thread"

snigger · 03/11/2008 17:27

WhereTheWildThingsWere - who did you used to be?

I was on that thread too in my previous incarnation- all Charlie's Angels hair and door slamming, as I remember

WhereTheWildThingsWere · 03/11/2008 17:32

Hello I was then mum2oandh, until I was informed that a mum name was not the done thing.

Who were you?

WhereTheWildThingsWere · 03/11/2008 17:40

Was that just a clever ruse to make me into the killer of the thread.

snigger · 03/11/2008 17:50

I was jayne h

But I bet you thought you were going to kill it

bongosmum · 03/11/2008 17:52

oh god, i am a mum to name- all be it a dog - is that why i am being ignored...i have actually responded directly to a person on a thread and had a total blankety blank!

matildax · 03/11/2008 18:06

filthymindedvixen · 03/11/2008 18:08

Hello you!
Yes, you!
I just want you to know how fantastic, insightful, thoughtful, sensitive and witty I find your posts x

CurseOfTheMinnieMummy · 03/11/2008 20:19

I actually started a thread that got to four - yes, four - pages before it died. Amazing since none of my other ones have got past four posts total I think.
Perhaps we could also use this as a forum to revive threads we've killed/have died? (like this?!)
Or should we just accept it and move on...

bongosmum · 04/11/2008 10:04

lets see how long it goes before it really does did a death...

bongosmum · 04/11/2008 10:04

that'll be die a death...my sausage digits!

onthewarpath · 04/11/2008 10:13

I feel exactly the same. It is now becoming painfull to click on the "thread I am watching" as I always seem to be last name on... Sad, sad sad... but hey, won't stpo me ranting !

daftpunk · 04/11/2008 10:17
