my DH colleague used to give her kids dog biscuits to chomp on when they were teething ! Never did them any harm - apparently !

What do they taste like?

Sweet? savoury?

Can't believe so may people used to enjoy them as a child

Savoury, at a push, but really they taste of nothing.

I live in a town with a dogfood factory and I am assured that in the meat prep room, maggots are often climbing the walls.

I won't even have a dog, and I do cat food at arm's length and only buy the fish varieties

yellow are slghtly sweeter, but bit like dry cracker tbh

When my mum was a kid she ate a bonio, as a tribute to her sausage dog which had just died

I ate the cat's food (tuna) once when I was a toddler - needless to say my mm freaked out and rushed me to A&E (or should that have been the vets? )

I've grown up fine although I can't stand tuna strangely enough!!
