You need to re-think the pool idea btw.
Much better to have a country house in England with a trout stream and woods and things.
Then a nice villa in the South of France for when you get bored with tickling trout. Now the villa in the South of France should have a lovely large pool.
Swimming pools in England are a bit sad IMO. Either they are outdoors and generally unused, or they are indoors. Indoor pools are sad IMO.
