Could you ring your dad directly?

MrsGhost · 25/10/2008 20:37

What does your sister think of this? Have you and she got a family member/friend who could act as a intermediary. If so Iwould ask them. Or I would ring your dad at work .. if this is allowable.
What is your relationship like with your Pa, would he be very angry if you didn't turn up.

I would ring your dad direct and ask what the plan is

you've given his dw plenty of opportunity to get back to you

Tee2072 · 25/10/2008 20:50

I would agree with everyone else. Ring your dad, ask him what's going on, when he says he doesn't know, tell him DW hasn't told you anything and if you don't find out soon, you won't be there.

ShinyPinkPumpkin · 25/10/2008 20:52

Is there anybody else going that you can make contact with to ask?

Sorry I didn't mean that because your DC were private you should pay for your sister. BUt it would have been even more shocking if you didn't even pay for your own DC and he asked.

I would have been less than impressed had my parents asked me to fund my (much) younger sisters private education when I went to state school, unless of course I had loads of money and wouldn't notice the expense.

Hpoe you manage to get hold of someone about the weekend away.
