to ban hair straightners for 16 year old?

As she left them on, and only found out just now. So they hav been on since 7am.

If I hadnt wanted to plug the radio on in there room, they would have been left on till maybe 9pm tonight.

Would the house have burned down by then?

They were left on the corner of a unit, but if they fell on the floor, they would have been ontop of clothes.

My DD did this a few months ago..but instead she phoned me from on the bus on her way to school.....panicking she thinks she had left them on, i was stuck in traffic with the little ones on their school run...no-one at home!! Phoned DP who would get home faster than me, so he rushed back and she had switched them off luckily as she had left them on her bed.

She now is in the habit off turning the switch off at the wall for her plug extention.

The thing that gets me is that she has extremely straight hair so dosen't really need them..but apparently it gives her hair extra shine?!!

lol, i havent started taking the mini pill yet as read it can reduce milk supply? he dont like rubbers..

i am worried about if dd bf gets caught, and in termoil as to whether to do something about it...

a collegue at work left hers on in her room on the floor, forgot, tripped on her mess and stood on the straightners!! que one burn foot!! she never leaves them on now.
