Both pushchairs and handbags are necessities for mothers. Both pushchairs and handbags are, sometimes, status symbols.

Which status symbol do you prefer? Get the one that will give you the most pleasure and buy the other thing on the cheap/second hand.

Piffle · 27/08/2008 12:34

out of stock
Aha

scottishmummy · 27/08/2008 12:36

not sure about stauts symbol, dont like that judgey-shiny-mummy-set so no my bags arent for others they are for me all me.

LOL Anna handbags are my thing and i really didnt want a skanky baby bag.just my preference really.

my friend is equally happy with her huggies freebie, whatever works for the mum

2beornot2be · 27/08/2008 12:37

Bag is hot I would get the bag even thou u can go to the market and get the chole bag for £30 ;-) might be knock off but hey

nailpolish · 27/08/2008 12:41

im sorry, i sthis a genuine question?

gorgeous bag that will last for years and years and you will love more than life itself (i know, i have one)

or

chair with wheels fora child to sit in. child doesnt really care what make or model chair is. will be rendered useless when child is 3

scottishmummy · 27/08/2008 12:46

Ashantai · 28/08/2008 01:04

Well i feel as poor as a church mouse reading this thread. Really 600 quid for a bag and then another 200 quid for the matching purse. Shiver me timbers!

hollyandnoah · 28/08/2008 01:19

get it get it get it!!!

I have a paddington, everyone notices it. it feels sooooo good!

And for what it's worth, noticed someone saying that their daughter wouldnt want their grannies skanky old bag..If my granny had a vintage chloe or any designers i would be begging her to borrow them!

S1ur · 28/08/2008 01:32

don't like bag.

Don't bother, bag will end end stuffed with wipes and leaky juice and sausage roll crumbs and grease. Buy a pair of inappropriate shoes instead
