To think that PIZZA HUT should not serve up frozen raw chicken to my DC??

OMG - We went to Pizza Hut for a treat today. I noticed my DC (3)'s chicken looked raw, on further investigation both my DC chicken was like this - luckily they had'nt eaten much.

Environmental health should be interested. The EHOs I know would want to have these things reported regardless of whether you have evidence or not.

It pees me off that some food handlers think they can get away with this sort of thing and seem to pay no attention to recitfying the problem until they have an EHO on their back (and sometimes even when they do have one on their back they still carry on as they were )

what got me was the EHO I wrote to, to complain was the same bloke who took my EHO training course several years previously so I knew him, but he said it would be impossible to prove. I hope he made a note though and went to test them out sometime later

Yeah, thats the thing - if enough people complain but have no proof hopefully the EHOs would maybe give them a courtesy visit at least.
