...worn by a 4/5 year old which says "I'm not just any bitch, I'm THE bitch".

Even just reading what I've written I can't believe that I actually saw this.

FAQ · 12/08/2008 17:42

Custardo - most of them are

but the "pooping in progress" made me and "recently evicted"

cyteen · 12/08/2008 17:45

Is it me, or is this kid's tshirt with nipple tassle design really inappropriate?

youcannotbeserious · 12/08/2008 17:47

Well, Cyteen, I'd never buy that for MY DD (if I had one) or my DSDs (I have two)

ChasingSquirrels · 12/08/2008 17:48

I thought the "boys are best" one that ex recently brought for ds1 was bad enough - though that is more the colour and design than the words.

LadyThompson · 12/08/2008 17:54

"I tore Mummy a new one"?????

That is SOOOOOOOOOOOOO dreadful.

gingeme · 12/08/2008 17:54

When I was pregnant with ds5 I saw a babygro with 'Iam proof my parents fk' on it.
I saw in Morrisons a girl of about 20 with a t shirt which said 'I don't have tirets, you are a c
t'.

bogie · 12/08/2008 17:57

Some one was selling I tore mummy a new one on the car boot last week dp found it funny

Tortington · 12/08/2008 17:57

i particularly like
" all daddy wanted was a blowjob"

PavlovtheCat · 12/08/2008 17:59

YANBU.

fransmom · 12/08/2008 17:59

how can 'parents' put their children in such clobber then complain their children don't respect them????

i don't think that i am being old-fashioned onthis,i am speechless

bogie · 12/08/2008 18:00

The same bloke was also trying to sell dp all daddy wanted was a blow job.
I told him no chance and the guy said yeah but they have never been worn, I said why and he said because my wife wouldn't let me put them on my dd.
I said oh what a suprise!?

LadyThompson · 12/08/2008 18:01

Custardo, my DP saw one which he actually liked which said "I was supposed to land on Mummy's chin." Suffice to say we did NOT buy it.

SalBySea · 12/08/2008 18:07

There really should be rules about what's put on children's tee-shirts!

When shopping for my flower girls dress (8YO) I saw what could only be described as a s1ut dress in a reputable bridal shop which was about her size - strapless sweetheart neckline with PADDING around the boob area . it was also very slinky (tight satin) and short

I rang the mum of my flower girl to tell her and she says that shopping with her DD is a nightmare because of the sheer quantity of "hot stuff" and "hands off" type tee-shirt that she has to refuse to buy her without going into the meanings too much!

youcannotbeserious · 12/08/2008 18:14

TO be fair, there is a big difference between finding a particular slogan funny and actually dressing your LO in it...

I find quite a few of those slogans funny, but wouldn't be seen dead having DS wearing one.

LadyThompson · 12/08/2008 18:18

Yeah. I think they're grotty but I don't think I agree with censorship of the things as censorship makes me uneasy...let them 'find their own way in the marketplace' (ie let a few muppets dress their kids in them if they must)

youcannotbeserious · 12/08/2008 19:15

Agree totally with LT

BellaDonna79 · 12/08/2008 19:38

My cousin (Aged 2) had one with 'IVF Kid: My Dad's a wanker' on it. I found it funny but wouldn't ever dream of putting on a child (but his dad IS a W**r so perhaps not that wrong...

youcannotbeserious · 12/08/2008 19:42

I saw a site recently offering 'dads and sons' special: I LOVE BOOBIES

I reckon any man who would wear than (without a bribe) deserves shooting!
