to not have had a thank you letter for a friend's wedding present?

That's it really..

I'm not sure whether I'm being old-fashioned in expecting a thank you letter, but the wedding was two months ago, and I did buy something that they had asked for...

Should I say something - as it has crossed my mind that they didn't get the present? Or is it better just to let it go?

I know this is a bit late, but this happened to me, and I was worried they hadn't got it, so dropped an email and asked if they'd got it - and got the classic response 'oh, I'm sure we did'.

STILL no thank you.

Was (and still am) outraged! And it was 3 years ago!

Must get over that soon....

Would normally get het up but I only found out about a year after our wedding that over half our thank you notes didn't arrive. I'm more likely to give people the benfit of the doubt because of it.
