It is an intresetnig fcat taht the biran can dceipehr the maeinnig of wrods jsut by seieng the frist and lsat lteers. The lteers in the mdilde are of no conquesence.

there is a whole paragraph about this somewhere and it's amazing how quickly the brain adapts to the misspellings. As long as the first and last letters are correct, and the word has the right number of letters, the order of the middle ones is irrelevant.
