What if baby springs out? and babies need to lie with their backs flat, and won't it suffocate when it rolls over.etc etc..so now I am doubting it - any opinions or experiences would be greatly received.

I think DD1 would have loved one of those. It might have saved us some of the endless hours walking around with her or pushing her around the streets in her pram. She couldn't get to sleep unless she was moving.

another vote - ds still in his and was 1 on Monday. When I showed colleagues before he was born they were horrified too, weird isn't it?

I think they look great and if I had another baby I'd definitely buy one.

I had an Amby for DS and he slept so, so well in it - the boinging is great. He also moved into a cot fairly smoothly, which I had been worried about. Am dusting it off for our Newbie due in Dec, but think that Puppydavies shouldn't be allowed to put such a fantastically georgous new born photo on the site - will surely cause a rash of new babies. How beautiful is she!!

heh she's a screaming snotty toddler now though, if that helps even things out at all
