It brings textspeak, illiterate teenagers and unfortunate body piercings to mind. Mainly because my slightly unstable emo sister uses the 'word' with alarming frequency.

Must we stand by and allow such language on Mumsnet? [pedant]

She's also incapable of following an argument properly Desi - how frustrating!

Mag7, plenty of people swear on this site. Plenty of people use the word 'cunt' too. We don't all think it's the worst word known to humankind - there have been several interesting thread about it, as a matter of fact.

I Agree with policy.

And I don't think cunt is a nasty word.

I swear on MN, and enjoy my right to do so.

OverMyDeadBody · 08/07/2008 23:08

Desiderata · 08/07/2008 23:09

God I wish I could meet people like you in RL. I've out up with conservative Belgians who don't want to socialise outside work, and posh expats who worry about which gym to join and "ho god, my house is so large I'm frightened to put the central heating on" stuff. U have "ishooes" - I'm bored shitless. Another post perhaps.....

hey Desi, I think that poster has issues.

TheMag7 Reminds me of a very good (male) friend of mine when he is riding the manic stage of his manic depression.
