I especially love "It's a blessing to have pretty people around me..."

I always liked her because she was a jumble sale kid just like me.

CrushWithEyeliner · 07/07/2008 17:44

pathetic

mshadowsisfab · 07/07/2008 17:46

noddy my glasses are very good

greenelizabeth · 07/07/2008 18:35

Oh she's pretty I agree.

ZacharyQuack · 08/07/2008 06:31

"My daughter Bluebell is a cheeky monkey. What I like about her is that she's really confident. She says to my mum: 'That's not lilac, that's purple.' She's only two."

Yeah, my DD used to think everything was purple too. She grew out of it.

Flamesparrow · 08/07/2008 08:01

Lol @ the lilac - DS swears blind that tigers aren't tigers, they are cats... because his friend is nicknamed "Tiger" so to him, a tiger is a small blonde kid

maidamess · 08/07/2008 08:05

I CANNOT STAND HER.

More than anyone else, she sets my teeth on edge. Standing behind Nelson Mandela on his birthday like she's some kind of special envoy.

Total waste of space.

Twinkie1 · 08/07/2008 08:08

One of my friends is her book publisher and says she is actually a really nice woman, warm caring and a lot of fun - poor woman she should really be perfect shouldn't she!

MrsMacaroon · 08/07/2008 09:43

hmmmm- vested interest

doesn't mean she's not a dick

howmuchchoccanIeatb4iexplode · 08/07/2008 12:07

And she is tiny tiny tiny!! Saw her in MK Asda - bit of a come down poor love, she didnt look happy. People were queueing out of the door though, so must have been worth a bob or two for her

Bundle · 08/07/2008 12:08

I bet Mel C is breathing a sigh of relief, both from lack of calls from Geri and hassle from paps

bethoo · 08/07/2008 12:10

turnip i would not say she is raising the child alone since money can buy all sort of help (nannies, cleaners, yoga instructors). and she chooses to raise her child alone since she will not allow access for babys dad.

beforesunrise · 08/07/2008 12:13

personally i think she is conducting a socio-anthropological experiment to see how far she can pull off her ironic post-modern celebrity act. either that, or she is a complete idiot and we are all complete suckers for reading what she has to say!

Bundle · 08/07/2008 12:14

poor child not being allowed to see her dad (no matter how useless/fab, everyone should be given a chance)

piratecat · 08/07/2008 12:17

werid facw, weird voice, weird nose. if i had money i would get the nose done, it looks like a penis.

but i havent seen one for a while

Karathraceandherspecialdestiny · 08/07/2008 12:54

That Hello spread thing for her kid's birthday part was even more sad in both senses of the word. The children were nearly all hired by a model agency. I knew of one of the kids that attended through friend of friend.
