Can we talk about Laura Brand

Recorded 4 days ago, a youtube video with the 2 of them sitting in dressing gowns, chatting about their week, complimenting each other on their court appearance outfits and telling each other how good they looked in court, quoting a friend who complimented them on dressing well in court, sharing a laugh together about the week they've had (in court). Laura smiles and laughs.
Something I picked up on, at 3 mins 50 secs, RB says "On Sunday blah blah blah". Laura corrects him and says "Monday". RB says "Did I say Sunday?" Laura says "You did, yeah" RB says "But didn't I say you're watching this on Sunday" Laura says "Oh, maybe you did, sorry" RB says "I'm a pro" Laura laughs and says "ok".
But he DIDN'T say "you're watching this on Sunday". He said "On Sunday" and she was right to correct him.
So here we have a recorded dialogue between the 2 of them where we see RB tell Laura that he just said something completely different to what he actually just said, and she instantly pacifies him by saying "oh maybe you did" (but he didn't) and then she quickly apologises to him and he reminds her that he's the pro. Yet he has just blatantly lied about what he said on film in front of everyone viewing it but cleverly covers his mistake up in a nanosecond and makes her believe that she made a mistake, she is wrong, and she should be reminded that he is the pro (thereby asserting his power over her). This exchange all happened so fast that I had to rewind it and watch again because I thought "Hang on a minute, you did say Sunday, you didn't say what you're telling her you said, you're lying in a split second response, and she's going along with you saying something you didn't say!".
RB covered his mistake up so fast and turned it round on his wife and made her look stupid for getting it wrong and then reminded her he's better than her ("I'm a pro" subtext "You're not"). If he can lie and cover and confuse and coerce this quickly whilst he knows he's being filmed, then no wonder he is easily lying about his crimes.
As females, can we have a discussion about Laura?
Personally, I have been upset and confused to see her walking in to court hand in hand with RB, or with his arm around her shoulders as they walk in. Her display of loyalty is huge. How can she put on such a display of belief in him when he's on trial for rape and sexual assault of 6 women?
Whilst watching this video this morning (filmed on Sunday), I felt a rising anger at her for laughing about the week in court and flattering him with compliments about his court outfits and how good he looked.
But that quickly turned to concern when I saw her accept him telling her she'd mis-quoted him when she hadn't, and then swiftly apologised to him.
So now I don't know what to think about her but I do think there needs to be a discussion on a female forum about this woman supporting her husband on trial for alleged sexual crimes against women.
Even if you can't watch the whole video, please watch the first 4 minutes:

I think they are both utterly terrified he will go to prison. It’s the last few days and weeks of their lives. They know it is. With kids who are also being affected by him. This will mean the end of life as they know it. After prison then what?
I have softened slightly this week to seeing her as a victim. Not on the same level as these brave women who have come forward for justice and have been through the hell and trauma of the trial and the years before this. The rapes and assaults and devastating affect on their lives.
But I think his legal team have told him what will happen and that their whole world is about to implode. I have been through abuse of a different level but I also kind of feared my life as I knew it was about to change. But now it’s like this massive weight has been lifted and we are free of the dominator. We can be ourselves again. We can have a good life without the abuser. I hope justice does prevail for these women. They deserve a good authentic life now where their bravery is recognised.
Laura will need help from this too. shes so besotted by him. The cult of celebrity also has a massive amount to do with this. Why do we all see people who work on the telly as special ??

When you say you have softened slightly to seeing her as a victim, please can I urge you to watch the video clip of her at the video time advised by Klippin who posted yesterday morning - you'll see it upthread.
I was raging with her after I watched it at the time Klippin states, having previously been willing to have an open mind about her. She openly says she hopes the judicial system doesn't believe these 6 women and laughs about it. I watched it yesterday morning when Klippin posted it and I am still angry with her now, a day later.

I do apologise. Thank you for giving me the link details. I hadn’t watched this before. It’s blatant propaganda of the you cannot take this good man away from his sick child order. And she does laugh and disbelieve the victims. They are utterly deluded and totally self absorbed.

Dear God, I just watched the video- so disturbing and yes enraging!

Aside from LB’s frankly at best pathetic, at worst the most vile example of being tone deaf… there’s RB continuing his explanations about his previous lifestyle completely unflinchingly, when his toddler enters the room. Didn’t skip a beat & stsyed focused on the camera.

The way his face fixed back from full on laughter in a split second too..

They are both beyond the pale.

Catching up here that they have posted a family pic in a desperate effort to prove how wholesome he is made me shudder. Horrid to watch the video, LB has done herself a great disservice here.

With abuse, you come to believe you need the abuser and couldn’t cope without him. That also came across in this video. I also think she feels shes saved him and it’s like a symbiotic abuser saviour relationship. Also saw the flash of his face from laughter back in a split second.

He also will have cheated on her potentially multiple times a day (…) when she was younger and first with him. How can she go home and sleep with him after all this?
