Failed aslylum seeker who called for death to Jews, and praised Hamas is still here after arriving on a small boat in 2025 and his asylum claim failed.

AIBU to expect these obviously dangerous individiduals be removed rapidly. We are asking for trouble.

Naturally all asylum claimants aren't like this man and others like him but when they are this dangerous and express a desire to kill people in the UK then should be removed.

Failed asylum seeker who called for death to Jews is moved by police

Palestinian migrant Abu Wadee, 34, served nine months in prison after he was exposed by the Mail on Sunday as arriving in the UK in a small boat in March 2025.

Did you actually read my post?

"The Home Office is seeking to deport him but cannot do so at present because of the risks to life in the region and the lack of safe and legal routes through which to return to Gaza"

How do you propose getting him back to Gaza?

Edited

I did and it started with football teams and then why we cannot send him a safe route back and then this question, which I replied to
"What do you suggest should be done "

What you are replying to is my reply to that question. He makes us unsafe and yet we are supposed to make sure he has a safe route of passage! Grief, make it make sense.

"Although he fled the territory before the massacres Hamas carried out on October 7, 2023, he appears to have been a prominent member of the so-called 'Tyre-Burning Unit', a group of Palestinian extremists who before the war regularly hurled fire-bombs and rocks at Israeli forces manning the border with Gaza.
Tory frontbencher Mr Philp said: 'It's a joke that British taxpayers are funding the lifestyle of a Hamas-supporting, gun-toting extremist who broke into our country illegally.
'This man - and all those entering illegally - should be deported.
'Given that he supports Hamas and Hamas-run Gaza, I see no reason why he can't go back there. He'd fit right in.'"

Hamas would welcome him with open arms. Stupid people here welcome him with open arms and follow this piece of scum on Tic Tok.

Hes one of many I suspect. Not a lot we can do with a government that doesn't give a rats arse. Roll on next GE

I'd send him back to where he came from. Palestine in this person's case. If he is this keen on killing, has he already done it there. He is not our responsibility to protect and look after, fully grown man, go help out in his own country!

How?
Are there plains currently flying to Palestine? Should he be accompanied there on foot? What's the actual mechanism of this return?
I have no objections that he should be returned. I just don't understand how do you think this is practically possible at this moment.

What mode of transport can we put him on to get him to Gaza? Who should accompany him to make sure he doesn't bugger off? How will we keep that person safe?

I don't support Reform but the previous Tory government didn't sort this problem out either.

The Greens and Lib Dems are really unlikely to sort and will probably welcome more people who hate the West and what we stand for (although this bloke appears to really hate Jewish people). He isn't really likely to be of any benefit to this country at all. Just a freeloading hate filled man.

Stupid people where? Nobody on the thread is welcoming him with open arms.

Exactly.

I really don't care. Ask Israel to allow passage into the part he came from and leave him there. He's not our problem. We have enough homegrown problems to import more of them.

Given what he has said I doubt Israel are going to want to facilitate his return.

Focusing on the very small number of foreign criminals, it is a useful distraction from where our real problems are coming from.

Focusing on an illegal invididual who has said he wants to kill people is a "useful distraction" to you. Just stick your head in the sand and ignore until a terrorist attack kills UK citizens then. Or perhaps just a rapage with a knife. Why bother he's only the 1 man (what about the others too) just ignore him. Interesting, but that's how crime increases, just ignore it and it will go away.

They could dump him at the border and he can go catch up with his Hamas mates. Or drop him where his terrorist gang hang out. Not our problem really what happens to him. What is our problem is protecting UK citizens from people like him. That's the most important thing, not him.

Unfortunately, the government does not have an option of saying "We really don't care" which makes their job more difficult than most people appear to realise. Maybe you can have a bash at standing as a local MP so you have more influence on government policy. Or, at least, write a letter to your existing MP with your views and ideas. This would be infinitely more helpful than posting about it into the internet void.

Who could? The Israelis? It is safer for them that he is here so I can't see why they would want to do that.

No-one wants him here, but the fact is he can't be deported. If there was a way don't you think the Home Office would be doing it?

SM often shapes politics. Politicians care for sure. So yes the op can talk about it here, it’ll probably do more than writing to her MP.

He's not Israel 's problem. So what practical solutions do you suggest in order to deport him and how would you ensure the safety of anyone accompanying him?

What exactly could Mumnetters change so that it is possible to deport him back to Gaza?

KiwiFall · 30/09/2026 16:11

Not sure what the point of the poll is really. Yes obviously we don’t want dangerous people coming to our country. No one is going to say yes we’ll have all the rapists and murders from other countries please. But even if we deported all of these dangerous people we have a lot more home grown ones so to speak that we can’t “send” anywhere.

Its a dead cat strategy. And it appears to be succeeding judging by the number of people falling for it. This is not saying he should not be either imprisoned or deported but immigrants are not the source of this country's problems.

Labour want people to say it doesn’t matter as currently they’re stuck with this system. If people vote for a different one it’s unlikely to be from them.

Er no it’s just one of the problems we face but this has a simple solution-deport. And no I really don’t give a shit if their home country is safe or not, given his views I think he will be absolutely fine in Gaza. Also Gazans who have been stranded can actually return to gaza.
