Live in a tourist area. Every morning without fail, the house at the back of us being rented for holidays is seemingly awake and outside from 6.30 am.
Two small children who talk incessantly, cry and scream.
I love kids, have a Dc of my own who can also talk incessantly and cry/shout at times…but..I would not allow this at 6.30 am
I get up every summer when i’m off to have a peaceful coffee in the garden, my Dc sometimes has breakfast with me outside but knows to be quiet as some are sleeping still, but mainly she is indoors colouring or watching some morning tv until a bit later. I personally don’t let her play loudly/make noise in the garden until past 9 am
I’m sure these are very sweet children and I feel a bit mean saying it, but they’re very annoying! and there’s no intervention from the parents.
Aibu to think they wouldn’t do this in their own neighbourhood, but probably aren’t arsed as they’re on holiday and won’t see anyone again?!
