Trans individual who spouted hatred over death of Ann Widdicombe being investigated by the police.

aibu to suggest that male patterns come through in men that would think they are female?

You don’t understand percentages, do you?

41% of trans women are NOT in prison for sex offences. 41% of trans women PRISONERS are in prison for sex offences. There is a HUGE difference between these two groups!

Many men (who are not trans women) claim that they are trans women when they are arrested for sex offences, because they know they will be segregated from the male prisoners and not get beaten up. This massively skews the statistics. I’d be very interested to see how many of these sex offenders were actually identifying as women prior to their offences and arrests.

Surely if they say they are trans women/men who identify as women we are supposed to accept that whether before or after crime committed. How can anyone possibly work out the difference since all are biological men.

It is beyond belief that you think this is just a possibility, when we all know that you only have to say 'no' to a transwoman and the man will appear.

Someone posted recently that a trans woman wished for a woman to be raped with something (a baseball bat maybe) with nails hammered into it. I can't remember who it was (rubbish memory) but WTF!

Oh, they do that when the day ends with 'day'. Also a bat wrapped in barbed wire. There's no end of it over at terfisaslur. At first I could only read one page but I've now read it all. Know Thine Enemy.

It's a bit of a bugger. It's called 'self ID', not 'what other people think of me ID', so if a man says he's a woman, then that's what he is. It goes along with 'I am who I say I am'. Scads of them have a Damascene conversion on being arrested, but their epiphany cannot legally be gainsaid.

Thanks.

In my opinion it's crazy that someone can merely proclaim they are something they are not and everyone else is supposed to accept it.

A professor at staffs uni wanted to investigate exactly this. He was targeted by nut jobs who tried to get him sacked. FSU got involved but of course the damage to your mental health and reputation is in tatters.

YANBU but honestly I have seen women say just as horrible things.

Difference being though, that women are much less likely to actually carry out any attacks.

@MrsPapillon there's a high chance I'm just being thick, but I don't really understand what you mean here?

41% of trans women are NOT in prison for sex offences. 41% of trans women PRISONERS are in prison for sex offences. There is a HUGE difference between these two groups!

Aren't any trans women in prison, prisoners in prison?

Ereshkigalangcleg · 16/07/2026 22:16

I think she means that the line sounds like 41% of “trans women” overall are in prison for sex offences. We have no idea how many “trans women” are sex offenders other than convicted ones, but 41% of TIMs overall as a population cohort are not in prison.

OP said 41% of trans women are in prison for sex offences.

Of course 41% of trans women aren’t in prison, for sex offences or otherwise. There are about 50,000 trans women in the UK and only 339 trans prisoners of both genders.

LeaveOnlyFootprints · 17/07/2026 07:35

The trans women in prison are in for a variety of reasons, 41% of them.for sexual offences. That's a really high percentage of trans prisoners who have committed sexual offences. There will also be other crimes eg assault.

Going by some of the disgusting TRA language on how they'd like to behave towards biological women who push back on sex based rights, then they need keeping away from biological women. Do they hate what they can never really be?

Oh. Then I think you're being petty. Of course the person who posted that was referring to the trans women who are in prison, no one thinks every trans woman is in prison.
