AIBU to worry about queefing only at night and on waking?

Really embarrassing problem I've been dealing with for the last week.
I keep queefing during the night, when I wake up it's constant for about 20 minutes, even just by moving position in bed, thing is it's not happening during the day at all, I exercise a lot and it doesn't happen in the gym or if I'm moving about in the day.
I'm separated and not having sex at the moment so that's not causing it.
Anyone been through this? It's really bothering me.
Posted in aibu for traffic as really want this to stop. Thanks

What’s queefing?

EmeraldRoulette · 04/07/2026 13:07

Yeah, I don't know what it is and I don't want to look it up

Say what now?

monicagellerbing · 04/07/2026 13:08

Queefing means farting from the vagina

What’s queefing?

I didn’t know either, had to google it - vaginal flatulence

If you’re separated and sleeping alone then how are you embarrassed? (I also don’t know what it means but am imagining it’s ‘fanny farts’)

Fanny fart, see your doctor if you're worried and have other symptoms like leaking urine or pain, and do pelvic floor exercises.
