Holiday Insurance RIp off

I've lost weight recently so the nurse lowered my blood pressure tablet dose. It didn't work so she put me back onto my regular dose after a month. I rang my holiday insurance company to update them as I'd previously said I hadn't been to the Dr's, but now I had. For a change of medication, from a lower dose back to the one I'd said on the original application, the cheeky fuckers have charged me £120 which is the standard charge for a change in medication they said. Be very careful when you change any medication, even if you don't think it's a big deal.

Wow that’s terrible. How much is the insurance per year?

I'd already paid £250 as I have a few other medical problems. I thought it was just a courtesy call, but no,when I said it was just a routine check, the person on the other end said she wasn't medically trained so didn't know what routine meant. I had to hang up and calm myself down before ringing them back. Still had to pay though.
