To wonder if there’s any point to a cleaner with under 5s?

I’m trying to think of how to manage workload and a cleaner seems the obvious place to start but with two young children I’m not sure there’s any point. I’d have to tidy up before they came, and the house would be messed up again within a matter of hours.

I’d love to say it’ll be worth it but I’m not convinced the few hours of coming home to a tidy house are worth it!

The trick is to have a wicker basket in each room to put assorted bits of crap that have made their way into the room in and periodically sort through them.

I don’t know if it is quite that simple but de cluttering does take time.

I would get rid of most things before I would get rid of cleaner. She is worth her weight in gold.

It forces me to do a tidy on a Thursday night and then when I arrive back home on a Friday my house is beautifully clean. I start the weekend relaxed, my house ready for entertaining or just enjoying the peace! Life is too short- if you can afford it then I would.

echo the above… even when my house is messy, I know it’s clean. This is a big bonus for me!
