viewing a house and had offer accepted all going smoothly got survey in 4 weeks taking a while

had a look on police.uk website for road, and it says a number of reports for violence and sexual offences with 1 in last 6 months saying suspect charged awaiting court outcome

it says it is for a street the property is on not that individual property

AIBU to think about pulling out?

Is it a notoriously rough area? I don’t think this would put me off tbh. It can happen anywhere.

If you look at random neighbourhoods on the police site you'll see that crime happens more or less everywhere. Even in 'good' areas there's lots of things that happen behind closed doors.

Look at some other random streets nearby, you'll probably see similar.
