AIBU to complain again about excessive daytime noise from neighbours?

Another noisy neighbours post...

Do I have a leg to stand on? We live in a new build with a row of houses over the back of us (car park then a row of these houses). Last summer one of the houses took to having loud parties every weekend, you'd honestly think there was a pub with a football match on, the shouting and music was that loud. Figured fine, can't do much in the day but at night it would go on until midnight. Myself and other neighbours it affected complained to the management company who spoke to their landlord and it subsided.

Low and behold with the good weather back it's becoming an issue again. Do we have any leg to stand on with the day noise or is it a case of 8 hours on a summer day trying to enjoy our garden we just have to put up with it? I wish I could upload a video so people understand how loud it is as I know I'll get a few people saying I just need to tune it out but it's honestly so bad...

Not helped by the fact our kids bedrooms back onto the houses so it's tricky for them to sleep with the windows open 🫠 is there anything we can do for excessive day time noise? I've kept a log and video recordings for the last few months every time it's happened. We have a communal Facebook group people have highlighted how loud it is and they've previously apologised but it always happens again 🙃

id speak to the management company. Do you suspect drug use? You could call police if so

I really don't see why people find this type of behaviour acceptable, nor do I think your, or anyone's only option should be having to put up with it.

You're basically having these neighbours force you to listen to their music/noise all day and night, whether you want to or not, shows how inconsiderate or just plain thick they really are.
Yes there will be those that think it's acceptable, but they're the type that are forcing it upon you.

Landlords are not legally liable for their tenant's everyday personal actions, but they do have a duty to take reasonable steps to address nuisance or anti-social behavior within their community. Ignoring persistent issues can lead to legal action, fines, or enforcement from local authorities.

Bold above copied from Google

I'd contact the management company again, preferably as the group of all neighbours that are being affected them.

If you already have it all logged can you complain to the council?

You can report to the anti social behaviour team at your council as isn’t night time noise that is a nuisance. Make sure to report on each and every occasion and also keep a noise diary.
