Work for a mid level EA agent. I asked my colleague Jane Doe to move my seat away from a male colleague John Doe who sexually harassed me. She agreed she would look into it. Jane Doe told the investigation into this sexual harassment that this request was 'a complete work of fiction' 'never happened' and 'a premeditated attempt to make my allegation against John Doe appear genuine'. I have a WhatsApp message from her saying 'no other seats available for John Doe'. I have been suspended from work after reporting this, while this is investigated whereas my male colleague has not. I now have objective proof that she deliberately lied! Yes I have a solicitor and trade union involved. I look forward to the tribunal.
