My insta + FB are full of adverts for it at the moment as I accidentally clicked on one but it got me interested and I googled it.
Seems to be some form of physical manipulation to relieve pain + help with flexibility. Sounds good but I was just wondering if anyone has tried it, whether it achieved this and / or the inch loss which the ads claim? And is it something I can do at home?

attended a class on this when I was on a fitness holiday. It seemed to be mostly rolling tennis balls and foam rollers on all your muscles. Hurt a lot but was noticeably bendier and less painful afterwards. Haven’t kept it up annoyingly but would attend regular classes if local

Ooh, might be worth investigating then - thanks!
Still intrigued about the ad's claims about weight loss though, unless it means if you can move more comfortably you'll move more?

I don’t know about weight loss but I do think it’s excellent for releasing stiffness/ lower back pain.

Thanks, I was pretty sure the '2" off my waist in 24 hours' claims were suspicious tbh😂

Think it’s just an easy hook. As we age nearly everyone has the tendency to put on weight and most people would like to look slim and fit so it’s a quick sell. No idea why it would help. But it would certainly motivate me to continue doing it if it did!

I have it in physio sessions, both manually and with dry needling. I don’t lose weight but is helps hugely with pain and allowing and stiffness and has greatly aided recovery as part of a programme

Yeah I’ve had it as part of massage, it’s great for helping muscles to release but absolutely no traction with it being for weight/inch loss that’s nonsense.
