I’ve name changed for this as I’ve been commenting on social media but AIBU to think that Zach, the cultish leader of the Greens is targeting the neurodiverse community?

I’ve seen previously non- political channels which have been great for the neurodiverse community (eg Rory) suddenly swamping their SM with how great the Green Party is, Reddit ND feeds are awash with how terrible life will be - “ petrified/horrified/can’t stop crying/might as well die” posts if anyone but the saviour Zach gets in. It’s like they’ve been brainwashed. It’s like the targeting of the autism community by the TRAs all over again!

its like a cult! The man has no morals and is playing the ND community - it seems every area I now visit in the community has Zach Polanski all over it!

Why don’t you trust him?

The fact he was a hypnotist and engaged in that work to hypnotise a woman's breasts bigger, it makes me think he is a charlatan or a showman. I think therapeutic hypnotism can be effective, but the fact he took someone's money to try that of all things undermines the therapeutic part for me.

New day, new mumsnet post about how evil the green party is.

You do know it was a set-up by a Sun journalist who asked for him to carry it out? He initially refused and then agreed to do it but refused payment for it, the suggestion planted was to make the client think her breasts were larger, not to actually enlarge them. The story was then deliberately written in a way that made it seem like he was offering the service rather than it being a specific request being asked of him by the journalist.

That's a horrible thing to do to a woman even if he didn't take money for it. I agree with @Maized

He could have said no, that it was against his principles to indulge that request, and then the journalist would have no story. It's that lack of principles that makes me doubt him. Of all parties, the Green party has been very ethically principled with a strong moral compass. His behaviour doesn't fit for me. Imagine agreeing to hypnotise someone to make them see parts of their body differently. That just sounds wrong doesn't it.

The woman was the Sun journalist. She asked him to do it.
