To be sick of criminals having the upper hand over law-abiding folk

I visited a friend this week. She lives in a nice house on the coast, which is sadly being over run with lawless teenagers! The teens are riding dirt bikes and similar across pavements, gardens, and areas of natural beauty loudly and without consequence. When a local resident put some big rocks out to deter them from getting into a private area, the police were done on this man like a ton of bricks, telling him that HIS actions we’re dangerous!

The same teens are known for drug dealing, shoplifting, and various anti-social acts that the police also seem to have little interest in pursuing. As a result, my friend’s lovely little town has several “no go” areas, which she has sadly just accepted!

Am I being unreasonable in saying that action needs to be taken against such anti social people?

It's across the UK in Scotland 14to22 year olds have a free bus pass.
The little sods go on tour causing mayhem,a bus driver in Elgin died after being punched by a drunk 15yr old

Gentle parenting or zero parenting. This is the result of kids never being told “no”. Entitlement and disregard for others in society is off the scale. The lowest common denominator dictates how we all live.

You could try local paper and local councillors and your MP

Don’t they get revoked if engaging in anti-social behaviour?

No it's an issue that often arises unfortunately .The other week a kid was found to have an axe on them on a bus.

Unfortunately the system in the UK is focussed on catering for and fawning over scummy people that break the law and have never worked a day in their life.

Unbelievable! There should be a simple “3 strikes” policy on such a privilege! And anyone found with an axe in public should get a warning from the police!

Bloody hell!

There's been occasions they travel tooled up and brandish weapons at their destination in confrontations with other youths.
A 13yr old was in possession of an axe in Broughty Ferry (outskirts Dundee).
Passengers have been threatened before and female drivers threatened with rape.

Prosecute their parents alongside them. See how parenting approaches suddenly change then. There are zero consequences for feral kids and even less for their useless parents. It’s a disgrace.

To the 6% who’ve voted “YABU”, can you say why?
