Just wondering how to get fit with a toddler and sitting at work all day? Thinking for the future

I really like mine. Watch tv and walk away! I walk whole episodes of Gilmore Girls 😁 mine is bloody big and heavy though it fits underneath the tv unit if I want to put it away.

I think like any exercise equipment it depends on you. Will you use it? I had one and I used it quite a bit when I was recovering from surgery and when I had an injury. It helped me to build back up my fitness. I have since upgraded to a treadmill because I was able to run again once recovered but I passed it onto my mil who uses it now. For me it was worth it but only because I used it if you know what I mean?

Can anyone recommend a good one?

Maybe. We borrowed one from a friend, a 'Deerrun' one, but it was too short for my husband and I felt a bit wobbly on it. We considered getting the 'Walking Pad' one (what a creative brand name!), but ended up just getting a compact treadmill with an incline. The time will tell if it gets used!

I bought a walking pad to get my strength up after surgery when it was safe for me to use. I like ours, it's just a cheap one from amazon.
I am finding now though that I am nearly up to the top speed and wish I could have a proper treadmill but we can't get one upstairs due to the weight.
I would say, if you have the room get a treadmill rather than a walking pad. Better longevity, if, you useit
