To report neighbours kids?

The police have already even down to speak to the parents of the various kids who play on e scooters.

They go on my driveway back and forth screaming.

The parents just allow their kids to cause havoc annoying everybody.
They throw chalk at cars, they throw footballs it's non stop.

I understand kids play, but their behaviour seems to be boarding on anti social behaviour.

Myself and other parents have tried to speak to the parents to no avail.
The police have already been down and informed the parents that the kids are not to use the e scooters.

I rent from the council, would it be unreasonable me for me to report this?
A

@fedupppl
It sounds horrendos.
Could you go on the council property exchange list, not sure what it's actually called, it's a list of council tenants who want to move and you can swap houses?
Someone may want to live in your particular area / estate.
It won't be solving the problem for potential new tenants so I would report the behaviour to the council first, if challenged by the neighbours, deny it was you, get your game face on.

Given that The Police have been involved I am surprised that they didnt report it to the landlords and Social Services.

I suggest report it to both the landlords and Social Services quoting the Police Involvement so it will look like a Police report.

Agreed 👍 When we had to report (we weren't the only ones but there's always that concern about comeback)we were told that they were warned that approaching any neighbours or having a go would just make things worse for them. We did hear them in the garden loudly going on about 'miserable bastards around here' but I literally didn't care by then. I do remember the elderly gentleman over the back who had literally had enough shout back 'sod off somewhere else then and leave us miserable bastards in peace!' 🙈🤣

Yes. Below was used in our case- better known before as Community Trigger. Where multi agencies are involved, also where ASB is affecting a community.

Explains how victims of persistent antisocial behaviour have the right to request a case review where a local threshold is met.
