Moving on from the obvious remember you are not simply asking for 30 minutes of someone's time. You are paying for travel time and fuel to and from your house and a share of maintenance of their vehicle and insurance.

When we considered getting our washing machine repaired they want £79 to come out even if it can't be fixed. The chap who unblocked my drain was here 15 minutes and charged £90.

I know. I wonder what happens if the DDog doesn’t need the full 30 minutes before they’re feeling satisfied?

I am in the NE and was a dog walker up until March.
I charged £12 for an hours walk but that was dogs who could walk in a small group who had no 'issues'.

I wanted to charge more but that was the going rate in the area I worked.

If you dont like the price, have a look around and see what others are charging?
Is your dog generally ok in pack walks? Or are they walked individually?

I used to be a VN in a previous life and in one surgery there was a client whose dog was a stud with a very high calibre pedigree, often used for breeding via AI across Europe. She used to bring him in for sample collection and packaging.
