To stick it out and not leave?

I am a pharmacy technician and I LOVE what I do, the hours I work are perfect with school hours and fit in with my children.
The location is ideal 10 mins away easy parking etc, and I can leave 10/30 mins early and make it up another day if I have a school event to attend such as nativity, sports days etc.
BUT…..
The boss is a complete and utter b!tch 🤦🏻‍♀️
You never know what mood she is going to be in when you get into work, and some days she will go the whole shift without speaking to me other than if I need to ask a question about work.
I work with one other girl apart from one day which is just me and the boss so I really hate that day as it’s just deathly silent and she makes me feel really uncomfortable and on edge.
She will snap at me, for no reason at all and make short snappy comments about things.
Shes horrible to the other girl who works there too.
I am sticking it out purely because I love what I do and the hours are perfect for me and so flexible with children at school. I am not sure I would find that anywhere else.
WWYD?
Stay and just ignore the fact she’s a b!tch or leave and walk out telling her she doesn’t deserve good hard working staff and stick her job 😂
But then I would have to try and find something else with the same hours etc.
😏

Stay, but perhaps see what else is out there? It sounds like a really convenient workplace and if you like the work, that’s great.

Is it a chain or just a small business. If a chain I'd speak to HR about her. A small one I'd perhaps suck it up...or given it's pretty shit at the moment, speak to her about it. Perhaps document a specific day and go back over it with her

Wha does she do if you snap back? Or, simply ask her why she is speaking to you in that manner, tell her you would appreciate it if she didn’t!

How long have you been there ? It would be a shame to give up what sounds like a perfect job hours wise. Have you tried different strategies with her?
