Tracker

I am either being totally unreasonable, highly concerned or as my name suggests - OCD!!

Looking for a discreet tracker I can pop on my dog’s collar. I suspect my dog walker isn’t giving my dog the exercise and stimulation he needs.
I also heard from a fellow friend that their walker never sees my dog out…

I’ve spoken to my dog walker who says I am being ridiculous but doggy always seems over excited and ‘zoomy’ when he’s returned - to a point where he’s barking to be let out/walk/entertained.
I suppose I need my suspicions checked out before going further…

Yeah thats not OCD.......

It doesn't need to be discreet.

Just stick a tracker on him and tell her you're worried he might get out.

Loads of dog owners do this.

That’s not what OCD is. However, I don’t think a tracker/air tag on a pet’s collar is ever a terrible idea in case they run off unexpectedly. My cats have air tags. It’s not uncommon and I don’t think you need to explain that to the dog sitter. Added benefit is that yes you’ll see where he’s going although if you go with an air tag it does need a nearby iphone to ping off so would be useless if she’s an android uses who takes the dogs somewhere relatively remote…

If you are concerned about the walker getting shirty about a tracker you could start with a camera doorbell which would give you information about the walker and dog’s time in and out of the house. You could then progress to a tag if needed.
