To think that DS2 (4 next week) really is comfortable in his cot

Having just put him to bed and thinking about his birthday next week and thought - maybe it's time for a bed

so, AIBU to have kept him in his cot (with the front taken off of course!) until 4 years old?

(It is a cot, not a cot bed btw

I've not posted in this section before - does the stoning hurt much?

Bloody marvellous, by talking about naswm's little boys bedwe have started a Haribo appreciation Society.

Kimi · 17/06/2008 20:23

I like the eggs

VaginaShmergina · 17/06/2008 20:24

Yes I thought munching was an unusual description seeing as when i have a dozen couple of cola bottles in in one go I look like a cow chewing grass, you know that side to side motion, oh yeah, and dribble !

VaginaShmergina · 17/06/2008 20:24

Aha Kimi has decided to come over to the dark side...... welcome Kimi

2Happy · 17/06/2008 20:27

Anyone else's mouth watering at the thought of tangy bag of Haribo...?

Kimi · 17/06/2008 20:28

Thank you..... we have even had a greggs sausage roll on holiday before now (never for breakfast though) oh it feels good to off load the shame...

Hello my name is kimi and we sometimes eat junk food is this a 12 step programme?

2Happy · 17/06/2008 20:29

....hold up... am I, in fact, being judged on an AIBU thread????? OK, so it's just for the way I eat a Haribo, but still. A first (don't normally get involved in AIBU threads, y'know)

naswm · 17/06/2008 20:31

I am literally ROFL at this thread

cant keep up!!!!!!!!!

Come in Kimi and take a seat.

SO how did it feel when that greasy pastry stuck to the roof of your mouth and the grease from the pigs entrails ran down your chin.........

Share with the group and repent of your sins.

Kimi · 17/06/2008 20:35

Well there was no subway of waggamamas in site, DHs family live on lard.......DH had a steak bake...... oh please don't cast me out

NorthernLurker · 17/06/2008 20:37

I have Haribo in the house and my dd1 slept in a cot until she was 4. I didn't take the sides off either. She was well able to climb in and out herself so I just let her get on with it. I'm saying this 'cos I feel I'm amongst friends - but should I be mistaken and there is a wolf in the sheepfold then be warned! I have fruitshoots and I'm not afraid to use them!

VaginaShmergina · 17/06/2008 20:43

I cannot take the weight of the shame any longer......

Please please help me, I never expected to get help on a cot thread.

I too have done Greggs sausage rolls, me and DS share a packof 4 little ones.

I do Haribo regularly.

My DC's have a treat everyday.

I put syrup on their porridge.

I eat a whole large bag of cola bottles in one go.

Fish fingers are a staple food stuff

I could go on but feel its one step at a time.

Thank you for listening.

naswm · 17/06/2008 20:44
