I recently was chatting to my neighbour. She told me that she’s been off work as she’s been having seizures and that she still has been having them recently. Bit worried as I have drove past her today and she’s been out in the car. Thought that wouldn’t be possible with having recent seizures. Just a bit worried about her and others safety?

Yes report her. Imagine if she kills someone. Things like that happen, don’t feel guilty for reporting her one bit!!!

I became aware that a friend was struggling with his cognitive health. He was driving to see a mutual pal, but then got lost and phoned him for directions. Also got confused while out shopping and couldn't pay for his purchases, and then spent ages wandering around the car park looking for his car. Diagnosed with brain disease - but still driving! Knowing how difficult it is for family to stop someone driving I was so concerned that I contacted DVLA. They didn't want to know, only suggested that I talk to him! Luckily I was told a couple of months later that he'd stopped driving. The system is mad!
