AIBU to boycott Fridababy?

It seems Fridababy’s marketing has become totally inappropriate and replete with sexual innuendos that are frankly stomach churning… this post took my breath away… I don’t think I can buy anything from them again and tbh I now question the retailers that carry their products. Needless to say it seems men are responsible for the new GENIUS (not) branding.

The whole firm it to blame… however, it’s the men who make up the design and branding team - have you checked their website?

Yes I was given one of these as a sample, and have not used it as… well it’s a bit violating isn’t it?

I did wonder… to what extent such an item had been approved and then recommended by the health authorities…!

i can’t post the photos as Mumsnet is reviewing them - they’re that bad! I see this brand everywhere and yet never knew how bad this was.

I honestly think paedophiles just hide in plain sight.

That is absolutely horrendous. Really vile. That kind of 'advert' should not be allowed whether some people find it funny or light-hearted or not, it just shouldn't be ok to do that.

I find it really scary how its been around for years and not been looked into before. I find it incredibly inappropriate. I have never bought from this brand but when my oldest was suffering stomach issues google started recommending them wind things they sell and i felt incredibly disturbed that it was a product that existed freely for parents to use on their child.

Why not? Anyone can report. You don't need to be a group/charity to do so.

I'm really upset by this. How disgusting. The only product I have is the snot sucker and tbh I didn't even look at the packaging. I will never buy a Frida product again now that I'm aware of this.
