To think that maybe David Icke’s ideas aren’t all that far fetched?

Obviously this is slightly tongue in cheek BUT can you imagine any of the stuff we know about today being believed even 10 years ago?

This relates to the Epstein files. How many well known people on various sides of the political spectrum, from different parts of the world seem to be involved in this?

It just seems that there are far more perverts and pedophiles among celebrities, politicians and royalty than anywhere else. Why? Are they in fact connected?

The more nefarious stuff that comes out over time, the more it does seem like so many of the people at the top in politics, entertainment and the royal family are all interconnected and cover up for each other.

Surely this is exactly why Savile got away with his crimes - he knew all the other people he could bring down. And how bizarre that such a creepy, strange man was constantly in the presence of the RF with open access to their homes.

So this ‘global elite’ idea doesn’t sound all that far fetched any more. I also don’t think that Andrew is the only member of the RF involved in this stuff - it would stretch credibility at this point.

The elite paedophile ring is very believable and not far fetched.

The lizard thing, not so believable

Uricon2 · 03/02/2026 20:30

He's an antisemite who believes in shape shifting lizard people. This for me calls anything else he may say into question, up to and including the fact rain is wet.

Tigerbalmshark · 03/02/2026 20:14

David Icke is an antisemite who thinks Jewish people caused Covid and that Holocaust denial should be taught in schools. YABU to agree with anything he says.

Thank you. I think this idea that he's just a bit of a mad old thing is so dangerous.

The problem is men and their sexual consumerism. 'The patriarchy' sees the bodies of physically or economically weaker people as objects of use; the more they can use, and the more extensively they can exert power over them, the higher their status.

Some women are usually involved, too, though you would find they're operating as enablers within a male-dominated system: claiming second-hand power rather than acting as originators.

It goes on at every level of society and it always has. Early patriarchal legal systems included detailed rules on which slaves one was allowed to rape, the penalties for raping another man's slave or female household member, the permitted types of abuse to be inflicted on defeated men, women and children in war, and so on. Human bodies are a currency. Prolific sexual abuse is a display of power and privilege.

Since improvements in archaeological DNA analysis, there's ample evidence of elite males having sired most of their local population with multiple women. (This is also related in historical mythologies, though it's been glossed over until recently.)

I think the fact that there's now more public commentary on this is a good sign - though there's a very long way to go. A particular difficulty in our times is that, concurrent with improved discovery and censure, the online sex industry promotes this abuse as a privilege available to ordinary men who might, in other times, have felt excluded unless they were able to access covert groups. It's like whack-a-mole.

David Icke's a certifiable nutcase, but his forums do attract amateur sleuths who sometimes raise valid early warnings. Unfortunately, others posing as informed sleuths turn out to be Q-Anon types whipping up outrage for reasons of their own.

FlyingApple · 03/02/2026 21:00

Who do you think the groups of people are that the Bible repeatedly warns us about?

PIzzagate, that I looked into 10 years ago, and found to probably be true, was also completely 'debunked' by the mainstream media. These were actual emails discovered by Wikileaks, in which prominent politicians use FBI acknowledged code words to discuss the trafficking and abuse of children (and perhaps even worse). We can't believe mainstream media at all anymore.

The point of my thread isn’t that David Icke is right about everything.

It’s that not that many years ago, people wouldn’t have believed that this Epstein thing would ever come to pass. All the people involved. It’s sick.

Who wouldn't have believed it? I would have thought that most people would have been quite aware that such things went on

Lararoft · 03/02/2026 21:19

David Icke is a particularly nasty anti semite and Holocaust Denier. I don’t give a shit what he says.

Entirely and it's been going on cultures across the world since power and money became a thing.

Nero anyone?

Puppyyikes · 03/02/2026 21:22

A proportion of people are psychopaths and psychopaths are more likely to succeed in business, media, the arts, politics, etc. psychopaths don’t tend to become nurses and teachers and regular people.

people at the top are more likely to be evil, unfortunately.

Dymaxion · 03/02/2026 21:45

While that's true everywhere, its particularly the case in the US (compared to the UK or other Western democracies) - where the justice system is massively tilted in favor of the very wealthy.

None of my friends can afford a super injunction ? Money talks wherever you are.

TeenLifeMum · 03/02/2026 21:51

People with money have everything at their disposal and nothing is out of reach so they get bored. Money is the route of all evil and they protect each other. It’s disgusting but fascinating that their friendships are so hollow and based on what’s in it for them, so when all are at risk they protect each other and close ranks. I think Andrew is arrogant and vile, but he’s also a pawn being used by billionaires to distract from the rest of them!

ShakyBake · 03/02/2026 21:57

Say what you want about David but I was broken down on the M25 once (days before mobile phones) and in a bit of a pickle. I looked up and david was opening my bonnet and mouthed the words 'i'll get you going' (he was behind windscreen glass so I couldn't hear him). 20 mins later in back on the road and I'll never forget that

EmeraldShamrock000 · 03/02/2026 22:01

Candace too, a lot of her content is starting to reveal itself. The history books will be interesting.

Breadcat24 · 03/02/2026 22:04

I don't think that some of them like Andrew Mountbatten or Mandelson could be more unattractive even if they were a lizard

I would certainly have believed that the uber-rich often sexually exploit the vulnerable and get away with it. What's happened in the last few years is that more of these perverts have been exposed and it's getting harder and harder for them to get away with it. Which is amazing. It's a sordid and depressing tale, but we should all be happy about what's come to light (and what may still be to come).

Fantastic! Was he wearing his turquoise track suit? Did you just sit in your car for twenty minutes without speaking while he fixed your motor? Why didn't you get out and thank him?

More to the point, didn't you sell your story to Take A Break?? "David Icke got me going!" would've made great copy!

Ha, thanks it was all quite bizarre. Yes it was during his 'turquoise period" and that was actually what made me recognise him as I am not a football fan.
He was actually on the hard shoulder protesting for green peace and yes I just stayed in my car as he seemed to know what he was doing. Oddly I never explained what the problem was, he just knew
