to think that majority of the women on the Britains Biggest Babies programme appeared absolutely idiotic in their approach to their childrens diet?

I just wondered if anyone else sat dumbstruck as the stupid women on the programme appeared to be constantly feeding their 'big' babies junk food, and the twin mother saying she couldn't discipline her child who was behaving like a brat, because of his size still feeding him junk which was probably loaded with E numbers
Did anyone think the mothers looked dense or was it just me?

The only exception seemed to be the mother who had several kids and breastfed them all but the kids were all healthy weights as older children iyswim.

Bit delayed due to setting up new coms.

the twin sisters were atrocious, considering what comments they had you think they would want a different life for their children.
sat on a bench eating a huge tray of fish , chips and peas, also the other woman, chip shop again, plain lazy imo.

gutted to have missed it, when's it repeated?

Twinklemegan · 13/06/2008 23:54

It's not a surprise surely with that kind of programme on ITV?

avenanap · 13/06/2008 23:54

They make them look like this because it makes good tv. They are all edited this way to make the parents look crap.

I did hope it was poor editing but I really fail to see how someone becomes so obese, just by eating healthy.. Every meal they filmed was unhealthy. I couldn't believe the 1yo who had a full portion of chips FGS. We get one protion between 2, adults, and, 1, child!

what!!!!! we have 1 portion - to be fair they're v big thou for 3 adults n ds - who has about 10 if that - I cut big ones in half scrouge mummy!

makes me laugh when they think it's ealthy cos it's 'carbs' etc well yes it is, and yes DS on occassion has fried chips but it's rare, I know it's not healthy for that day, but as part of a balanced diet it doesn't harm once in a while. I prefer to give him oven ones if any at all.
