You need to give it a month. If you're still not losing then check your calorie requirements using an on line calculator, and go under, or up your excercise to burn more calories than you want to consume.

Few things.

One) what does ‘eating healthy’ mean? Are you tracking calories or just assuming you’re eating healthily because it’s salad when in actual fact the dressing is like 200 calories. People think the same for things like avocados which are seriously healthy but calorific and full of fat so you have to be careful.

Two) are you exercising too? I don’t mean walking which doesn’t work. I mean high intensity exercise- running, lifting weights, swimming, HIIT etc? And making sure it’s at least 3-4 days a week.

Eating healthy doesnt mean you lose weight. Eating in a calorie deficit does. You need to calculate your TDEE and eat 250 cals less for each half a lb you want to lose. Obviously its not an exact science and often people overstate their level of exercise so generally you need less calories than you think.

If you are doing all these things then like the pp said you sometimes need more time. Quite often people put on or maintain in the first week or 2 then loads comes off.

It takes more than a week to notice a difference. You need to be healthy eating and exercising for 2/3 weeks straight to see a difference on the scales. If you want to maintain weight you need to do it every single week going forward, this is your new way of living now otherwise you’ll undo all your hard work.

As PP, it’s not just about eating healthy it’s counting calories too. I had granola and yoghurt for breakfast this morning which is healthy (from a high fibre and protein point of view) but the granola is high in calories and sugar.

How long have you been trying to lose weight for? This has an effect on how quickly you will lose. As others have pointed out there is eating "healthy" and eating as part of a calorie deficit. Also, the scale doesn't tell the whole story. Grab a tape measure and measure areas like hips, waist, chest and note down the numbers. Then check again in a month.

Eating "healthy" should be a way of life, not a gimmick
you can eat healthy and enjoy your food. You won't stick with anything if it feels like a punishment.

You still need to track calories, you can eat the healthiest diet and put on a lot of weight if you eat more than you burn.
