My school employs a PE coach from an agency, he comes in and teaches "sports" I'll leave that part there, he's not the best put it that way but it ticks a box.

He is in an absolutely toxic relationship/affair with an older teacher by 10 years, who has caused multiple issues with several members of staff they both have partners.

Whilst it's annoying and thats the background thats not the issue.

Often I am late for my own lunch because they are having a private chat in her room, when he should be on his duty so I can go.

Today I opened the door and said quite loudly *name can you come out please, thanks. I probably said it in a very very assertive tone but ive absolutely had it.

I get 30 minutes unpaid break a day, out in all weathers needing a drink and to go to the toilet let alone needing lunch.

How would you of reacted? When our headteacher is not in, its always way worse funnily enough

If someone is not turning up on time for their shift then they need to be told. I don’t know why that would be an issue. If it persists, talk to your line manager, but leave out the irrelevant backstory.

Backstory is irrelevant here - if his tardiness at work is impacting on your mandated break times then you need to make it clear to him that it needs to stop otherwise you'll be raising it with management.
