Hi, really struggling to find a venue to host in Winter. And have been offered 4pm to 6pm on a Sunday - is this too late?
My gut is saying it is but I’m running out of options.

Ok 😳🤣

but going by the thread it’s rather divisive so I stand by my point.

if OP wants to get lots of yes rsvps I’d change the time

if she’s not bothered then stick with the slot

What's with the emojis?
What I said wasn't particularly weird or anything!
I would also take MN with a pinch of salt. What people say on here is very different to what they'd actually do. Myself, I wouldn't turn down a party invite. My son would be gutted. I personally doubt that many people would disappont their child by turning down an invite to their friend's party. People are always more drastic in their opinions online!

I think it’s absolutely fine. Routines are, of course, important - but so is children learning that deviating from routines is part of life and to be appreciated when it is for celebrations. And what a lovely end to the weekend! I do agree that parents will appreciate a ‘real’ tea at that time.
