What can you pre-prepare to make Xmas dinner easier on the day?

Any tips/tricks welcome please!!

I have already prepared and frozen…
Delilah smiths red cabbage.
Jamie Oliver’s Make ahead gravy.
Sausage meat and bacon stuffing.
Roast potatoes covered in beef dripping.
Honey roast carrots and parsnips.

I cook Yorkshire pudding in advance and freeze them. Defrost for a couple of hours, then reheat for a few minutes
