I was turning right out of a business park today - had half completed my move to join the carriageway when I woman decided to scoot round and drag her car off my bumper. This is my fault? Will be told if it is but I am CROSS!!

Unless there was a filter lane/island you should only have tried to turn if clear to do so. Having said that she was impatient and could have waited.

You should never make a maneuver that causes another vehicle to have to change speed or road position. Pretty sure this one is your fault from the details so far.
