Could you indulge me and say what time do you have your largest meal, what do you call your largest meal and where are you from? I ask because I heard some users call dinner tea and lunch dinner.

My largest meal is dinner and I have it around 17h and I'm from Croatia.
I have light lunch around noon.

I do intermittent fasting as it's the only way I've found that I can lose weight. I have my main meal at around 7pm then a snack before going to bed at around midnight. I live in west London.

Around 6pm usually, but are a bit more flexible now we no longer have dc at home.
Where I am from the evening meal is our tea.

We have our tea at about 6pm - East Midlands - and that’s our largest meal of the day.

South England - used to be dinner when I worked in an office but now I am home more in the daytimes I like a bigger hot lunch and something smaller around 8pm. I don't like trying to sleep on an overly full stomach as it's often painful and I think as I have aged my stomach has shrunk a bit.
