Going crazy over baby poo

I feel like I'm going crazy over my dd poo. She's 14 weeks old and exclusively breast fed.
Around 3 weeks old she was crying uncontrollably and clearly in a lot of pain, nappies had bits of mucus and blood in, went to gp. Advised probably a dairy allergy and to cut dairy out my diet and referred to a dietician.
Dietician agreed cut out dairy.
Almost instantly much more settled, however nappies still very mucusy and blood. Advised by dietician to cut out soy as well. Done that.
Baby seeming happy and settled and no blood in nappies. Had scrambled egg, baby unsettled had blood in nappies. Left it a few days tried eggs again same reaction. So dietician advised cut out eggs.
Had a steak. Same thing. Tried again. Same thing. Advised to cut out beef.
Ate some ham same happened as beef.
So now my diet is dairy, egg, soy, beef and pork free.
Baby is happy, settled, gaining weight and following just above the 50 centile and has consistently followed the same line.
Yesterday and today she's blood in her nappies. Pictures attached.
She's not been unsettled. She's not been uncomfortable. Doesn't have a temperature.
I'm at a loss as what to do or what's causing it?
I'm so careful with what i eat as well.
Am i being unreasonable and this poo is normal and I'm just stressing?
I've emailed dietician but not heard back yet.

Bloody hell. Is she putting on weight

So sorry Op this sounds dreadfully stressful! I didn’t want to read and leave, hopefully we can get some traffic on here with others who have been through it.

Yes gaining weight and following the line on the chart nicely, they've no concerns over her weight. I'm really worried that her poos just aren't clearing up

I don't know what to suggest as no experience but that's good she's gaining weight.

My boy was like this. I ended up on a ted diet of butternut squash, pears and turkey for a month or so and introduced foods back in one at a time. It was actually oats for us.

But id cool off a bit if baby is happy. It could be the blood is just the gut taking time to heal. It can take weeks. For now I'd just keep a food diary and note changes. Remembering reactions can take 72 hours after you eat the food so look back 3-4 days for each reaction.

Not heard of a ted diet so just googled and yeah might be an option for us if dietician recommends it! Did your boy have regular blood? How long did it take to clear up?
I'm being so careful with food.

Yes he had regular blood. He was allergic to oats, egg, dairy, soy. But it took ages to sort it.

What I would say is that the TED Facebook group is crazy. People to down rabbit holes and end up doing 4 years just eating broccoli on there which is not good at all. So don't do it unless necessary and plan to do it for a short sharp way to get to baseline.
