I love this time of year (although I was just moaning that our sitting room is like a furnace as my husband has lit the wood burner).

I didn't think of mine as autumnal, but looking at your pic I can see mine might be too. I'm a little younger than you, but similar to you I wasn't able to decorate my own home in my previous awful marriage, and my home means so much to me. Enjoy your lovely home with your fabulous pooch!

This thread has made me smile. For reasons I won’t go into I will never have my own place nor able to decorate how I would like or have a say in it. Seeing people enjoy their spaces and their creativity makes me feel really happy. So thank you.
