I was sold at the free buffet part!
This wouldn't offend me in the slightest. My youngest attracts PP funding as my husband was in the army. Noone else knows that it's not because of FSM entitlement and if they want to judge then they're more than welcome. That would be a them problem.

Sorry! Wrong thread

The fact that both senior leaders have gone suddenly suggests they were forced to leave.
I've only seen that happen twice in my teaching career. The first time was when they got caught for "financial irregularities" are were escorted off the site. The second time was following an absolutely abysmal ofsted.

They've been given the heave ho and others are being brought in to sort the place out. It happened at my kids school a wee while ago.

It could be like my situation...the deputy is off on long term sick with bowel cancer, and two days after her surgery the head discovered she has breast cancer. We staff were told but not parents. Neither of them wanted parents to know personal medical info.

Do let us know if you find out anything ! Unless it is like the Corstorphine area schools and a shuffle about ?

No idea what's happening. Business as usual at the school.
