Everything I'm wearing feels gross and my hair is somehow both greasy and dry as straw
Everything I've picked up has immediately broken or fallen.
I feel like a giant mess, my knees are creaky and I felt 150 years old when I had to kneel down to do my shoelace earlier.
I don't need solutions as I am already doing strength training, collagen etc etc blah blah

Just wanted solidarity!!!

@JillMW
that’s very interesting, is it all the omega oil in the fish do you think? Can you give us a sample menu ❤️

Yep got menopace. Interested to start yoga

Can confirm that yoga really helps with the creakiness. I really feel it when I haven't done it for a while.

Shame it doesn't help with the fatigue and lack of motivation though :(

Or the sensitivity. I've booked 2 yoga classes and been unable to go in, as I get to the door and then get convinced everyone is unfriendly and leave... they are not, I just have the thinnest skin at the moment!!

I couldn't not relate more to this if I tried. I feel like my hair is soo thin now and everyday its getting worse but honestly the thing I cant cope with at the moment is the itchy skin. I feel insane. I am praying my new HRT helps.

My itchy skin was driving me nuts recently. I've always had good skin, but it was so dry, itchy, sensitive, irritated, it was driving me insane and stopping me sleeping.

I remembered my mother had problems in later life with sugar, so I figured it was worth giving it a miss, just in case.

Oh dear Lord, what difference. I honestly wouldn't have believed it.

Within 48 hours, no itching whatsoever, and i had a reasonable night's sleep for the first time in ages.

It's not as easy as it sounds to give up even moderate amounts of sugar so read up on it, but so worth it! I'm genuinely astonished by the effect on me.

Worth giving a try at least ?
