Anyone with a 30FF bra size? Finding it difficult to shop for bra’s

lostbraa · 25/09/2025 21:24

I got measured today after having a a baby and I am a 30FF.

I actually increased a cup size despite me losing 4.5 stone.
The price of an average bra in the shop was around £40, not really looking at paying so much for a bra.

Ann Summers don’t appear to sell this size, does anyone have any recommendations for a reasonably priced bras in this size?

Many thanks x

I use Bravissimo
And John Lewis - you get a better stock on line

User9088 · 25/09/2025 21:28

Definitely bravissimo. Get a couple then wait for a sale

Wowzel · 25/09/2025 21:29

Or brastop

Fedupwiththecuts · 25/09/2025 21:30

I use the online shop Bra for me. Great range of sizes.

PissedOffNeighbour22 · 25/09/2025 21:30

My favourite is Freya but yes they are expensive. I was shocked to see a couple of days ago they are £40 in John Lewis.

Next stock several brands in that size and I just wait for them to come in the sale. There’s currently a sale on so might be worth a look online to see what is left. I find that I’m not consistently a 30FF so in some brands I’m a 32F if they are very tight fitting.

themerchentofvenus · 25/09/2025 21:34

I did that BOB size thing and came out at a 28F!! I went up a band size and down a cup size and eventually found a 32E from M&S fitted really well!

Snorydog · 25/09/2025 21:35

Another vote for bravissimo… they are expensive but last forever

123feraverto · 25/09/2025 21:37

M&S , I went up to a 30G after having my second and got some fab ones , back to a 32 f now and M&S are still the best ones

Noname973 · 25/09/2025 21:37

I us bravissimo too

Passthecake30 · 25/09/2025 21:40

I like Cleo bras, I get older design ones brand new from eBay.

BauhausOfEliott · 25/09/2025 21:40

I’m a 34GG/H but used to be a 30/32GG.

Bravissimo is the way to go. Bras in bigger sizes are often pricier but it is absolutely worth it for the better support.

Brianthepug · 25/09/2025 21:40

My daughter is a 32G, and buys her bras from Boux Avenue. Fairly reasonable. Maybe not just after having a baby though as many ( not all) are more lingerie.

Floatingdownriver · 25/09/2025 21:41

Ultimo online outlet

Iizzyb · 25/09/2025 21:47

find stuff you like in bravissimo then look for sale discounts on other websites if you want cheaper. Rare to get size 30 in eg John Lewis & no Debenhams anymore but places like bra stop do sales/discounts

applesandpinkoranges · 25/09/2025 21:48

M&S has some nice bras for £10 at the moment on bigger sizes. Though they don’t do a FF so you would need to get 30G

Ifonlyiweretaller · 25/09/2025 21:51

I’m a 32f since losing weight - bought bras from Bravissimo ( at great cost!) which fit and give a lovely shape, but they are not the most comfortable. Looked on Next and have bought 3 amazing bras from them. A 2 pack black/white set (code M13557) £ 30 for the two, aand same in Navy ( code B17253) perfect fit and shape for me 😊

BalticTales · 25/09/2025 21:52

Next has a two pack of T shirt bras for £26

Squidlette · 25/09/2025 22:03

I'm 30f. Sometimes ff.
Freya and panache. Ann summers are shit, unless you only want to wear it for an hour or so.
Panache tango for every day. Or freya fusion.

But if you've not long had a baby, you'll be up and down.

lostbraa · 25/09/2025 22:04

Thank you so much ladies for the recommendations.
I shall be looking tomorrow for some new bras, it was actually easier shopping for bras back when I was a 32DD lol.

I have just read that a 30FF is the same as a 32F so I may try that size as well xx

If you can find a style you like then try Vinted. The ones I buy are £38 new but £5-10 for new without tags.

Tigerthatcametobrunch · 25/09/2025 22:07

Ann summers online do two or three styles in that size and there usually under £20. You don't get the full range, but after years of paying bravissimo prices Ill take what I can get.

Squidlette · 25/09/2025 22:07

I'm not really convinced by the sister size thing. If I wear a 32e, my boobs don't really fit, but the band is too wide. Ido have some 32es, but 30f or ff is it for me. The wire goes further round your rib cage than you think. I like a tight band though, because I feel nicely strapped in.

Tigerthatcametobrunch · 25/09/2025 22:09

I found boux avenue came up really really small. Needed a bloody shoehorn to get my boobs into the cups.

jetlag92 · 25/09/2025 22:12

I find these bra measures ridiculous. Buy a 32F and see how it feels
